Craig is a dynamic, resourceful and seasoned healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience as a senior executive and key decision-maker in regional and national digital health, supplier, provider and payor organizations. Craig has been a member of teams leading multiple successful private equity transactions and regularly advises some of the country’s largest and most successful strategic and financial healthcare investors. Craig is also a key advisor for digital health and other healthcare businesses in their strategic planning, new product development and legal matters and has been instrumental in building “connected” telehealth programs as well as medical provider groups, delivery systems and health plans. Craig is often retained to serve as General Counsel to early stage and newly acquired institutionally-owned entities.
